Good Afternoon,

It is time to get organized for finals next Monday the 11th! This meet will be quite different from our typical meet!  I am attaching several documents that you will need to look over.  I will be at practice tomorrow at 9:30 and 6:15 to answer any questions and go over the documents.  We will have the following volunteer needs-

6 and under session (2 timers)

7-10 session (2 timers)

11 and up session (2 girls' pool timers)

11 and up session (2 boys' pool timers)

11 and up Age group coordinators aka team parent (2)

Hospitality Helpers 12:45-5 You will be able to watch your child swim. (3 helpers)

Awards Helpers 1-5 You will be able to watch your child swim. (3 Helpers)

Please email or text me to let me know your preferred volunteer role for Monday. We are REQUIRED to fill all of these positions.  If we are unable to fill the jobs, we will have to pull coaches off the deck to cover our requirements. 

If you know which parent will be attending the meet or if your child is coming with another family, please let me know and send me their cell phone number as soon as possible. We are required to have a document listing all swimmers with their adult and a phone number. This will be helpful because swimmers will be on deck while all adults not volunteering will be seated above in the stands.
