We will be having our meet tomorrow against Waterford. Please be at the pool by 5 PM ready to warm up. If you need a reminder of how to mark up your swimmer, info is on website under Meet 101.  6&unders will swim ALL their events early in meet so they can leave once done.  

We need a few families to bring canopies for the team to sit under.  Please let us know if you’ll be able to bring one.

Parents can wear bathing suits. There will be a 10 minute break in the middle for anyone to jump in the pool, parents included. If possible, I would advise leaving any small non-swimming children or older adults home. The heat index is supposed to be 106 at the start of the meet. 

Make sure to bring lots of fluids.
